Our Policies
- A $50 non-refundable down paymentis due at time of booking (will be applied to your balance due)
- Holiday weekend stays must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Balance Due 7 days prior to arrival date-at which time you will be given keycode for access to The Shed
- Pet Charge is $25 per day
- The Shed accommodations are for booked guests only (unless prior arrangements are approved)
- The Shed is best suited for up to 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults
- The Shed is equipped with a queen and a twin bed. An additional twin bed can be added upon request
- No parties/events allowed while staying at The Shed
- The Shed is a non-smoking facility
- Guests are responsible for damages that are incurred during their stay at The Shed
- We will not be cleaning The Shed during your stay.
- All guests will hold harmless The Shed against any liability for loss of property and/or injury while on the property.
- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
